Corridor lights flicker out too quickly, making it tough to find the room's keyhole in the dark. The windows have cracks and can't be opened, which takes away from the overall experience of enjoying the fresh air.

The hospitality here is something else. They were super friendly and went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome, especially my kids. Plus, the breakfast? It had this fresh fruit salad that was just amazing, paired with a Welsh breakfast that was cooked to perfection and just fabulous.
